Services Performed
- Verified complaint, removed gravel shield & inspected undercarriage, found wiring from windshield washer level sensor frayed causing electrical short. Performed electrical wire repair & level sensor still reading low (open circuit). Performed electrical test, found level sensor shorted out internally causing message to remain. Bridged electrical connector bypassing level sensor, message went away. Called, advised customer that correct repair is to replace washer bottle reservoir (which comes with built-in level sensor) but please keep a watch over washer fluid, when reservoir is empty no fluid will come out of nozzles.
