- Verified complaint, connected vehicle to MB DAS & checked for trouble codes & none were found. Tested battery & battery tested bad. Advised customer & authorized replacement. Removed protective covering, disconnected & replaced battery. Resynced windows, centered steering wheel, & checked radio operation. Road tested, working OK.
- Removed & replaced wiper blades at no labor cost (parts only) to customer.
