- Verified complaint, pressure tested cooling system & found leak at top of radiator by upper radiator hose. Called, advised customer & authorized repair on 10/26/2021 @ 11:30 AM for additional $ 995. Drained coolant, removed upper & lower core supports to remove radiator hoses (upper & lower) from vehicle. Disconnected & removed electric fan. Removed radiator assembly & replaced with new unit. Reassembled & refilled system with coolant. Bleed cooling system & corrected coolant level. Re-pressure tested cooling system & rechecked for leaks, none found.
- Perform Fully-Synthetic Oil Service + Perform Vehicle Inspection + Drain Engine Oil & Remove Oil Filter + Refill With Fully Synthetic Motor Oil + Replace Oil Filter + Test, Check, & Correct Coolant & Brake Fluid Levels + Correct Windshield Washer Fluid Level + Check & Correct Power Steering Fluid Level (most cars) + Check For Leaks At Engine, Cooling, Transmission, & Differential Systems + Set & Correct Tire Pressure + Inspect Brake Pads & Rotor Condition + Check Hydraulic Brake Lines For Wear Issues + Check Suspension & Tire Components + Complete Vehicle Road Test & Check For Drivability Issues + Reset Vehicle Service Indicator
- Front tires 33 PSI, Rear Tires 33 PSI
- Removed wheels & sent to Ace Tire & Wheel, 1297 W. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale CA 94087 for tire replacement. Installed Michelin Pilot Sport AS4, 245/45-R17 XL 99Y.
