- Front Tires @ 32 PSI, Rear Tires @ 34 PSI
- Verified complaint, performed electrical test, battery tested good (tested 720 CCA, rated 760 CCA). Tested starter, voltage drop 8.7 (replace). Checked charging system, voltage output 14.3 volts. Allowed vehicle to sit undisturbed for 1 hour to check for battery draw, amperage reading after 1 hour .03 amps (no electrical draw). Called, advised customer & authorized starter replacement for additional $ 1100 on 1/17/2020 @ 10:39 AM. Disconnected electrical cable to starter, removed shroud & removed / replaced starter with new assembly. Retested, OK now.
