- Road tested & verified complaint, checked for voltage & ground signals at horn & found them to be both present. Horns are positive ground & unplugged horns to install positive ground emulator. Tested vehicle electrical & locking circuits & found to be OK, leading to horns being defective. Advised customer & authorized repair. Removed existing horn assembly & installed replacement unit. Plugged in electrical contact & road tested, vehicle now working as designed.
- Front tires set to 35 PSI, rear tires set to 35 PSI.
