Services Performed
- Road tested & verified complaint, found leak at oil filter housing. Advised customer in-person & authorized repair. Removed oil cooler assembly, disconnected oil feed & coolant lines, found coolant lines had melted onto oil cooler. Advise customer to replace coolant lines to continue repair.
- Called, advised customer & authorized repair. Removed exhaust manifold at cylinder head & exhaust pipe, removed hose assembly. Installed replacement hose assembly & installed exhaust gaskets as needed. Reassembled. Corrected oil & coolant levels. Road tested & re-examined for leaks, OK now.
- Front tires set to 32 PSI, rear tires set to 34 PSI.
