Found the following fault code: P0420- Catalyst efficiency, bank 1 Performed actual values check, found catalytic converter readings too quick due to poor catalyst function. Performed thermal check, found temperature before catalytic converter 595 degrees Fahrenheit, temperature catalytic converter 480 degrees Farenheit (should be around 300 degrees). Performed back pressure test, found exhaust flow to be OK & to manufacture specifications. Called, advised customer & customer declined repairs.
