Services Performed
- Disconnected electrical duct, removed & replaced pump, relay & fuse. Retested, cleared code, OK now.
- Front tires set to 32 PSI, rear tires set to 34 PSI.
- Removed injectors, spark plug coil wires, & ME computer. Disassembled intake manifold & cleaned adjoining surfaces. Reassembled, cleared check engine light & road tested, OK now.
- Verified complaint, hook up MB DAS & performed diagnostic. Found the following fault codes: P0521-Charge movement flap bank 1 malfunction; P2091-mixture in right cylinder bank too lean when idling; P2095-mixture in left cylinder bank too lean when idling; P0171-Self adaptation right bank out of permissible limit; P0174-Self adaptation left bank out of permissible limit; P0410-Secondary Air Injection Faulty Performed electrical test, found intake flaps not closing & secondary air injection pump operating weak (not delivering proper air flow). Advise customer to replace intake manifold & secondary air injection pump.
