Performed vehicle car wash as complimentary service for customer.
Road tested & verified complaint, connected vehicle to MB DAS & performed diagnostic. Found the following fault codes: 0189- The throttle valve is jammed open 0521- The charge movement flap (cylinder bank 1) has a malfunction Performed actual values test, found accelerator pedal not adjusting when pressed. Installed testing accelerator pedal & retested, OK. Advised customer & authorized repair Removed & replaced accelerator pedal. Performed throttle relearn & road tested, performed OK now. *NOTE* There is an intermittent jerking from transmission that is unrelated to accelerator pedal repair, however, original customer complaint has been repaired.
