Extracted a/c refrigerant, released belt tension and removed fan shroud assembly. Removed engine motor mount, a/c compressor, and unbolted idler pulley and drive belt tensioner. Reassembled with new components and repaired engine vacuum lines located at top of engine as part of repair. Road tested, working OK now.
During drive belt removal, disconnected electrical lines and unbolted front sway bar assembly. Removed alternator from vehicle and replaced with replacement unit. Reassembled with belt tensioner repair.
Front tires set to 32 PSI, rear tires set to 34 PSI.
Performed vehicle car wash as complimentary service for customer.

Refilled diesel emissions tank with AdBlue (Diesel Emissions Fluid).
Called, advised customer and authorized repair for. Remove wheels, unbolt caliper, remove and replace brake pads and sensor. Clean friction surfaces, lubricate metal-to-metal contact surfaces and reassembled. Road tested, no squeak at the time of vehicle completion. NOTE: Customer aware of potential brake squeak when brake rotors are not changed at the same time as brake pads.
