Verified complaint, found hybrid battery needs maintenance. Removed rear seat bottom, removed vent cover & extracted vent from vehicle. Cleaned vent & filter, removed surrounding debris & reassembled. Cleared warning message & road tested, vehicle working as designed.

Road tested & verified complaint, inspected front suspension & found noise coming from both front lower control arms (internal bushings broken causing wheels to continuously move & clunk during braking). Previous records of both front lower control arms broken due to broken bushings confirmed findings. Advised customer & authorized repairs. Removed front sway bar end links, front wheels, front axles from steering knuckle & steering knuckles from lower control arms. Removed motor mounts & removed both lower control arms. Installed replacement control arms & reassembled. Road tested, no more noise.
Front tires set to 33 PSI, rear tires set to 33 PSI.

Removed rear wheels, removed brake calipers from rear spindle & pressed back brake pistons. Removed brake caliper bracket from rear spindle & removed brake rotor. Cleaned hub flange surface & reassembled with new brake pads & rotors. Road tested to perform brake bedding procedure, vehicle now operating as designed.
