Road tested & verified complaint, connected vehicle to Toyota Digital Assistant & performed diagnostic. Found the following fault code: P0300- Random misfire P0301- Cylinder 1 damages Removed windshield cowling & inspected ignition coils & spark plugs, found coolant at cylinder # 1 & spark plug cleaner than other spark plugs. Reassembled & checked for hydrocarbons in coolant, found very small amount of hydrocarbons in coolant (should be none). Vehicle appears to be at early stages of head gasket failure & will need cylinder head gasket replaced along with cylinder heads checked for cracks & reworked.
Checked OBD 2 for completed smog monitors & inspected emissions system. After completion, performed California state smog check.

Removed front wheels, removed brake calipers from steering knuckle & removed brake rotors from wheel hub. Cleaned off hub surface & reassembled with new brake pads & rotors. Verified complaint, found hybrid battery needs maintenance. Removed rear seat bottom, removed vent cover & extracted vent from vehicle. Cleaned vent & filter, removed surrounding debris & reassembled. Cleared warning message & road tested, vehicle working as designed.

Road tested & verified complaint, inspected front suspension & found noise coming from both front lower control arms (internal bushings broken causing wheels to continuously move & clunk during braking). Previous records of both front lower control arms broken due to broken bushings confirmed findings. Advised customer & authorized repairs. Removed front sway bar end links, front wheels, front axles from steering knuckle & steering knuckles from lower control arms. Removed motor mounts & removed both lower control arms. Installed replacement control arms & reassembled. Road tested, no more noise.
Front tires set to 33 PSI, rear tires set to 33 PSI.
