Verified complaint, disassembled inner door panel and found door handle broken internally. Performed teardown of door panel, removed plastic rivets and glue to gain access to door handle. Replaced handle with supplied unit and reassembled using supplied hardware. Road tested, OK now.

Remove engine cover, unscrew housing, r/r air filters. Installed housing and cover, cleaned surrounding area and road tested, OK now.
Advised customer and authorized repair. Removed upper radiator core support. Released drive belt tension and removed drive belt. Unbolted harmonic balancer and removed/replaced crankshaft seal. Reassembled and corrected oil level. Cleaned surrounding area and road tested. Re-examined for oil leaks, none at this time.
