Road tested & verified complaint, found o-ring had rolled onto metal sleeving causing metal clip to bend when installed. Removed o-ring & metal clip, installed replacement o-ring & metal clip. Reassembled & corrected coolant level. Pressure tested cooling system (no leaks). Bleed cooling system & corrected coolant level. Re-inspected, no leaks found.
Performed electrical draw test, found no draw after vehicle left undisturbed for 30+ minutes. Performed vehicle inspection & noted the following: ELECTRONICS- + Comand center not working due to internal power supply fault + Right outside mirror assembly wiring bad causing bulb failure message & heated mirror to not work ENGINE- + Check engine light activation needs smoke test to verify leak in emissions system + Oil filter housing leaking oil onto drive belt + Belt tensioner weak causing drive belt to come off of car + PCV covers leaking oil + Brake vacuum pump leaking oil + Vehicle shaking at stop light due to broken motor mounts SUSPENSION- + Thrust arms broken + Control arms & ball joints broken + Front sway bar end links broken + Perform alignment after repairing suspension DRIVE TRAIN- + TPMS light on due to bad sensors + Both front tires worn out at inside tread + Both front & rear flex discs broken + Both front c/v axles leaking + Transfer case leaking oil
Front tires set to 28 PSI Cold, rear tires set to 33 PSI Cold.

Verified no check engine light / malfunction indicator lamp on, connected vehicle to OBD2 reader & found the following smog monitors not ready: + Catalyst + Oxygen Sensors Operated vehicle & checked actual values at oxygen sensors to check vehicle operation, verified vehicle should pass smog once drive cycle is completed. Sent message to customer & authorized repairs on 2/14/2023 @ 8:31 AM for $ 250 total for all repairs & smog. Operated vehicle from mileage 63,862 to 63,888 & performed cold-to-hot drive cycle. Verified all smog monitors completed, no pending & no stored fault codes. Vehicle ready for smog check.
Checked OBD 2 for completed smog monitors & inspected emissions system. After completion, performed California state smog check.
Road tested & verified complaint, inspected tires & found nail at right-rear tire tread. Repaired tire & set tire pressures to the following values: Front tires set to 36 PSI Cold, rear tires set to 38 PSI Cold. Cleared TPMS light & road tested, no more light on.

Found no fault codes related to vehicle driveability. Checked wiring behind instrument cluster, verified 12 volts & signal present, along with ground present but no cluster activation. Installed testing instrument cluster & found testing cluster powered up. Called, advised customer & authorized repair. Sent instrument cluster out for repair. Installed cluster & reassembled. Retested, vehicle now working as designed.
